Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Client Experience Coordinator to receive and evaluate emergency and non-emergency calls for service, escalating when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Determine priority and category of calls and enter data into a work order system
- Process emergency management requests and provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to type 40 words per minute and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in service-oriented field interacting with customers
- Experience with a case management system preferred
- Experience communicating with all levels of the organization preferred
