Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Client Experience Coordinator to receive and evaluate emergency and non-emergency calls for service, escalating when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
  • Determine priority and category of calls and enter data into a work order system
  • Process emergency management requests and provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in service-oriented field interacting with customers
  • Experience with a case management system preferred
  • Experience communicating with all levels of the organization preferred
