Job Summary
A YouTube ad company is filling a position for a Remote Client Experience Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and managing welcome process that gives clients a powerful first impression
- Responding to client support requests (tickets) quickly
- Tracking clients’ progress, activity, milestones, and graduation dates in Hubspot
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Desire to build and maintain high-touch relationships
- Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities
- Previous customer service experience
- Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
