Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company is seeking a Remote Client Experience Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve client escalations using critical thinking skills and effective communication, balancing client satisfaction with business need
- Monitor the EYX dashboard and delegate issues to team members as needed
- Partner with the client experience manager to resolve delicate or unique client issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have 2+ years experience in a multi-faceted customer support position leading others
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
