Job Summary

A financial technology development company has an open position for a Remote Client Fraud and Risk Business Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining and enhancing the governance and oversight function of our fraud management practice
• Creating and maintaining the team's core operating processes and procedures
• Defining and monitoring key strategic and operational metrics for the Client Fraud & Risk program to monitor risk levels

• Successful track record of engaging and building trust with senior stakeholders and partners
• Superb communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Extensive and demonstrated experience with leading and building fraud policy, governance and management programs
• Highly organized and process driven, with a focus on operational excellence and building organizations for efficiency and scalability
• Passion and drive to fight fraud and protect clients, the business and the ecosystem, from criminal activity
