Job Summary
A medical services company has a current position open for a Remote Client Implementations Project in Evanston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working on Go-live setup tasks such as adding sites and users
- Logging support tickets for studies
- Ensuring deliverables are in place and driving/overseeing the posting of a study to various environments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Organized with methodical approach to scheduling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate work experience
- Microsoft Office suite, with advance skills in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Filtering, etc.)
- Experience coordinating and scheduling for high-volume operations
- Ability to understand and communicate task or project tracking methodologies
- Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
