Job Summary

A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Client Investment Product Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting the strategy and evaluation of the the delivery team structure
  • Driving improvement of all things related to the SDLC for teams in their remit
  • Working with Technology shared services teams to remove impediments and obstacles

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to Information Systems technology
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role (mentoring associates, lead analyst, project leaders, etc
  • Successful passing of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam within 18 months from date of hire
  • Exposure to agile and product management practices
  • Ability to coach and mentor each member of the team
  • Ability to identify key team positions and develop ready-now successors
