Job Summary
A hospital financial management platform has a current position open for a Remote Client Loyalty and Growth Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing an understanding of the buyer cross-sell/up-sell journey
- Measuring Net Promoter Score and other key client satisfaction indicators (e.g., KLAS)
- Providing tailored responses that match client expectations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management role within a marketing, sales, or office environment
- Experience with excel, PowerPoint, word and other Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for R1/VisitPay and live all company core values at all times
- Have high levels of integrity and discretion
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with Jira is helpful
