Job Summary

A hospital financial management platform has a current position open for a Remote Client Loyalty and Growth Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing an understanding of the buyer cross-sell/up-sell journey
  • Measuring Net Promoter Score and other key client satisfaction indicators (e.g., KLAS)
  • Providing tailored responses that match client expectations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management role within a marketing, sales, or office environment
  • Experience with excel, PowerPoint, word and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for R1/VisitPay and live all company core values at all times
  • Have high levels of integrity and discretion
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with Jira is helpful
