Job Summary

A cloud-based platform is filling a position for a Remote Client Nonprofit Tax Accountant in Troy.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Electronically filing 990 EZ tax forms directly with the IRS
Working directly with our clients to collect and audit tax information requiring for filing
Preparing the 990 forms necessary to file chapter taxes to the IRS successfully

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Demonstrated experience in filing 990 EZ forms
Understanding of FASB ASC 958
Experience with working specifically with taxes for 501c7 groups
Experience communicating with IRS
Understanding of Grant Accruals
