About the role
As a Client Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for closing clients who are interested in working with us. You will be responsible for revenue from new customers and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Convert potential clients into customers
Maintain high satisfaction with potential new customers
Cros-sell between current and new categories.
Challenges
Increase conversion as well as the amount of revenue our clients generate.
Proactively experiment and do reach out campaigns to increase conversion.
Adapt to a fast-changing team, while reaching optional standards and maintaining it over time.

Career path
You will be expected to remain in this role for 3 years. The knowledge and experience you'll gain may then enable you to perform any of the following roles, either at Bunny Studio or somewhere else:
- Become an outbound sales manager
- Lead the inbound sales team
- Become a marketing manager
- Transition to account management
Once you pass your trial period of 3 months, we will agree on your tour of duty, which specifically defines a successful employer-employee partnership: You assume the compromise of focusing your time and energy to our team with the goal of growing the company; we assume the compromise of investing in your personal and professional growth so that when the time comes for you to leave our team, you'll have the tools, experience, and network to achieve equal success elsewhere
Location
This role is open to professionals that are located in any of Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas timezones. While you can work from home, you can also work from any co-working space of your choice. We'll pay for it.
Team structure
You will report to our sales manager. You'll also work with our operations and product team.

Compensation
Because we value transparency, your compensation will be USD $22,821.11 per year.
