Job Summary
A social media marketing company is filling a position for a Remote Client Operations Director .
Must be able to:
- Partner with the internal executive stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with high-level contacts within a client organization
- Establish and build client onboarding schedules
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience leading client management with a digital agency
- A thorough understanding of the film/tv/sports and brand landscape and agency relationships model
- Excellent manager and communicator with the ability to look ahead and plan
- Exceptional operational and relationship skills with a thirst for problem-solving, efficiency and collaboration
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and a great sense of humor - great people person who thrives on building trusted relationships
