Job Summary
An IT service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Operations Software Advisor in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively work with publisher to determine the best pricing options and advises clients on the best opportunities
- Work with the client, IAM and EAE to provide the client with SW product
- Manage client order escalations thru to resolution working with necessary internal and external teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of five years of work experience in sales operations in a technology sales company
- Minimum years of career experience to qualify for role: 7 years
- Working knowledge of the IT reseller industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Excel for creating and using spreadsheets
- Advanced technical knowledge as it relates to different Software Programs and Applications
