Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing client relationships, the full-time Remote Client Operations Specialist will manage operational workflows, maintain client records, and collaborate with Financial Planners and Wealth Advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all operational and administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring timely completion of onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update client records in the firm's CRM software and manage client forms efficiently
  • Collaborate with custodians to address operational needs and continuously seek improvements in firm processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred, with openness to candidates with less experience
  • Understanding of the operational needs of an independent wealth management firm, either through direct experience or related roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills and reliability in task ownership
  • Aptitude for technology and a service-minded approach to client and team interactions
