Remote Client Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A research and learning publication company has a current position open for a Remote Client Operations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process all Statements of Work for North American operations
• Ensure all resource information is held correctly in Client or Intermediary systems/portals
• Manage relationships with client counterparts

Qualifications Include:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree
• Highly organized and efficient with superb attention to detail
• Fully computer literate and familiar with enterprise CRM systems and MS Office
• Previous experience in high volume transactional admin role
