Job Summary
An educational organization has a current position open for a Remote Client Partnership Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the smooth day to day operation of clients
- Identifying gaps in levels of service and providing feedback to the functional area leader
- Leading or participating in partner meetings and communicating updates internally and externally
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years experience in B2B account management, inside sales, or general manager experience
- Comfortable in a CRM
- Business Insight – has an in-depth understanding of how our business and service areas operate to spot trends
