An information technology consultancy has a current position open for a Remote Client Principal Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivating and owning a profitable book of business
- Making recommendations for efficiencies, automation and enhancements to service offerings
- Ensuring a client transitions through the Return, Recur and Retain model
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel of 25%
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years related industry experience
- 5- 10 years of client success experience in client-facing role
- Experience in HCM Industry and with UltiPro
- Positive attitude and passionate about client experience
- Proven effectiveness with difficult client situations and conflict resolution
