A financial software solutions company is seeking a Remote Client Relations Account Manager I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing 1st level product support to our clients
  • Creating problem tickets via the Incident Management Tracking system – SNOW Central
  • Resolving customer concerns raised during onboarding

Qualifications Include:

  • You will have 1-3+ years of product support experience
  • Background in data, financial services
  • You will have a strong understanding of why, and an uncanny ability to communicate it; you will be disciplined to translate the why into ‘what’
  • You take a client-first approach to product support
