Job Summary
A healthcare insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Client Relations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, the internal account services organization, and contact center operations
- Providing functional management of tele services program(s) ensuring client retention, satisfaction and growth of existing accounts
- Offering solutions to enhance client performance, expand the services provided, and grow account revenue
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability and willingness to travel by participating in client entertainment and business travel (to client sites)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, retail management, or related field; OR proven industry experience will be acceptable in lieu of degree
- Minimum 3 years’ healthcare industry experience
- Minimum 3 years’ contact center operations experience
- Minimum 2 years’ project management experience
- Minimum 2 years’ client management experience
