Job Summary
A health care services company has an open position for a Remote Client Relations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing existing renewable revenue
- Developing and cultivating ongoing C-suite interactions in his/her territory
- Assuming primary responsibility for fostering client satisfaction
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s Degree or better strongly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant service and/or healthcare experience
- Strong facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills as demonstrated by the ability to synthesize research, identify and fulfill value propositions, and achieve results
- Demonstrated ability to build and service client relationships in healthcare
- Excellent communications skills including the ability to communicate cross-sector
