Job Summary

An outsourced development services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Relations Manager in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Planning internal resource needs, enhance and re-direct services as needed
  • Reviewing client metrics
  • Investigating and troubleshooting quality issues

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years clinical lab, project management or related experience
