Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Client Relationship Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading meetings with an executive level audience and articulating a forward-thinking service plan
  • Collaborating with delivery teams on core processes and improvement opportunities
  • Managing large and highly matrixed cross functional groups of Account Delivery personnel

Qualifications Include:

  • 12+ years of Client Relationship Management experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Equivalent experience may be substituted for the above requirement
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management; executive presentation skills
  • Experience with cross-functional teams, as well as, strong customer service skills
  • Robust product/technology/industry knowledge
