Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services has an open position for a Remote Client Relationship Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts
- Tracking, managing and resolving issues submitted via task management platform
- Successfully completing testing of solutions prior to providing solutions to client
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within mortgage industry and/or mortgage technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MISMO XML Data Files and Loan Origination Systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong technical aptitude
