Job Summary

A software solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Client Results Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing and communicating the service standards to the operations team
  • Fostering and creating business innovation to drive increased performance and adoption
  • Defining and managing metrics, ensured customer satisfaction

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • 7 - 10 years of contact center/BPO experience
  • 5 years prior multi-level management experience
  • Experience with interacting and influencing clients' outcomes
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of work experience required
  • Proven demonstrable track record of success
