Job Summary
A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Sales Manager in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Insure that all Client Managers meet or exceed all activity standards
- Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions with Client Managers
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Qualifications for this position include:
- Recent management experience, or 1-3 years of sales experience with payroll and HR services
- Knowledge with solutions selling to small and medium size businesses
- Over 2 years of proven and documented success record in leadership
