Job Summary
A customer experience technology and marketing services provider is seeking a Remote Client Satisfaction Representative in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support
- Ensure first call resolution through effective call handling
- Document all calls and customer interactions within CRM software
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (at least 30 wpm)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain and adhere to assigned schedules
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer requests/issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution and problem solving
