Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Client Service Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring quality service delivery for the clients you serve
- Managing the day-to-day operational functions of multiple customers
- Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time
- 3+ years of experience working within the PBM industry or a similar Account Management Role
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred or 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Office Products
