Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Client Service Account Manager in the Nashville Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding and executing the client contract according to the terms and conditions
- Conducting regular on - site client meetings
- Assisting the Strategic Account Executive with the production of quarterly client status
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 25% travel required
- Bachelor Degree (or higher)
- Understanding of pharmacy benefit strategies and pricing practices
- 3 years of strategic and consultative client management experience
- Ability to solve practical issues
- Experience with managing and ensuring compliance with contracts
