Job Summary
A company providing bookkeeping and operational services has a current position open for a Remote Client Service Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the new client onboarding process
- Executing processes related to accounts payable and receivable
- Closing the books monthly and preparing financial reporting and analysis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed level bookkeeping support
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data
- Willingness to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures
- Capacity to work 20-30 hours a week during daytime business hours supporting clients
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
