Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Service Consumer Insights Director in Cincinnati.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being able to serve as a strategic business partner to clients
• Actively identifying business opportunities and expanding Consumer Insights solutions to new and existing clients
• Reviewing research insights prior to client delivery

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing research, consulting, or marketing field
• Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Tools
