Job Summary

A credit reporting and marketing services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Service Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Document and communicate current client status to stakeholders
  • Preserve and grow client revenue streams
  • Manage the coordination and communication of upgrade situations

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 20-40% of the time
  • BS / BA Degree
  • Minimum of 6-10 years successful software support experience
  • Sufficient knowledge of technology
  • Ability to influence and lead matrix teams
