Job Summary

An entertainment data company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Service Engineer in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Compile, analyze and prepare client experience data
  • Develop comprehensive client support plans for targeted accounts
  • Grow revenue within client organizations and sales of new and incremental products

Qualifications Include:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of time
  • BS/BA, and 5+ years of work experience in the wireless telecom industry
  • Experience with network based products or experience within carrier network organizations
  • RF Sales engineering or consulting background
  • Experience in the following technologies VoLTE, LTE Advanced, HSPA, EVDO, UMTS, and CDMA
  • Experience with Accuver XCAP, MapInfo, and Tableau Software skills
