Job Summary

A global insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Client Service GRS Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of the full scope of Account Management Services to customers and agent/broker partners
• Establish overall objectives of the team that support business goals
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Client Service Managers

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelors Degree plus at least 10 years of business experience (50% of which in a management capacity)
• Effective marketing, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely (both oral and in written form)
• Advanced knowledge of commercial claims, risk management, and applicable state regulations
• Basic knowledge of underwriting, plan construction, pricing, service contracts, and funding/financial security agreements
