Job Summary

A pharmacy and medical organization is seeking a Remote Client Service Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Problem-solving global client issues and presenting recommendations to leadership
  • Leading special projects, implementations, tasks and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 11 to 14 years of experience
  • 5-8 years experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience
  • Ability to mentor/train others on the team
