A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Client Service Manager in Seattle.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing issue resolution across functional areas to insure on time delivery
  • Providing issue resolution and service enhancements following proper procedures and process
  • Delivering quality operational service

Required Skills:

  • Ability to anticipate areas of concern or risk
  • 2 - 5 years relevant account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
