Job Summary
A financial company has an open position for a Remote Client Service Operations Staff Chief.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the schedule and focus of the head of Client Service
- Determine and prioritize business priorities in Client Service and align with priorities needed in other areas
- Build frameworks for prioritization
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience in building and refining organizational processes
- Hands on experience building and improving an organization as it scales
- Experience with Agile methodology/practices and/or design thinking
- Ability to prioritize the right initiatives to drive the largest value to the organization and its mission
- Strong ability to influence and lead people - at times directly and others in a cross-functional capacity
- Strong ability to influence with data/putting the client at the center of the discussion/that delivers the best outcomes
