Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Client Service Operations Staff Chief.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedule and focus of the head of Client Service
  • Determine and prioritize business priorities in Client Service and align with priorities needed in other areas
  • Build frameworks for prioritization

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10+ years of experience in building and refining organizational processes
  • Hands on experience building and improving an organization as it scales
  • Experience with Agile methodology/practices and/or design thinking
  • Ability to prioritize the right initiatives to drive the largest value to the organization and its mission
  • Strong ability to influence and lead people - at times directly and others in a cross-functional capacity
  • Strong ability to influence with data/putting the client at the center of the discussion/that delivers the best outcomes
