Job Summary

A workforce management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Service Representative II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Replying to email messages, faxes and service tickets
  • Engaging customers and determining how to assist them
  • Making outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma, GED
  • One year of experience in a customer service position
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ten-key skills preferred for payment transactions team
  • Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, scanner and photocopier
