Job Summary
A workforce management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Service Representative II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Replying to email messages, faxes and service tickets
- Engaging customers and determining how to assist them
- Making outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma, GED
- One year of experience in a customer service position
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel and Outlook)
- Ten-key skills preferred for payment transactions team
- Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, scanner and photocopier
