Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving issues when possible and escalating as needed
  • Meeting all service standards to ensure CST and client satisfaction
  • Maintaining ownership for assigned routine Service Requests

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR
  • 6 to 8 years of experience
  • 0-2 years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong PC skills
  • Knowledge of the health care and PBM industry and its products and services
