Job Summary
An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Service Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers
- Collecting missing information from groups and sends approval letters to clients
- Completing and/or coordinating quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required
- Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred
- Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred
