Job Summary
A luxury resale retail company is in need of a Remote Client Service Specialist in Las Vegas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing time, projects and daily responsibilities while assisting internal and external clients
- Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues to Management team
- Defusing escalations and assisting with conflict and resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a Contact Center, luxury environment preferred
- A proven track record of providing exceptional client service and teamwork
- Strong computer skills and comfort in navigating multiple systems; proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite
- Demonstrated experience in handling escalated matters
