An HR management software provider is in need of a Remote Client Service Specialist in Lindon.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering clients' questions
- Answering questions via phone and email from customers
- Providing top-notch service and swift software training to the HR and business leaders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to come into the office for at least 6-8 weeks for training
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving are your bread and butter
- You can type 60 words per minute
