Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Services Account Manager in Orlando.
Must be able to:
- Tracking and managing scope, schedule, and costs for projects
- Analyzing client reports and making suggestions to optimize scripts
- Identifying potential application and process improvements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel overnight approximately four times per year
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare market
- 3-5 years of call center experience
- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Coordinator/Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience as an Account Manager
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
