Remote Client Services Accountant

Job Summary

A provider of bookkeeping services has an open position for a Remote Client Services Accountant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the new client on-boarding process
• Closing the books on a monthly basis as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis
• Delivering on deadlines and deliverables, and providing value through stellar accounting support

Required Skills:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
• 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong experience working with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Extremely tech savvy-capable of mastering new hardware and software quickly and easily
• Ability to keep confidential highly sensitive company plans and data
