Job Summary
A legal services company that specializes in providing value-driven support to law firms and legal departments has a current position open for a Remote Client Services Analyst II in Santa Ana.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Execute quality control of image and document loading
- Perform quality control at all stages of the workflow, including insuring accuracy and accessibility of processed data
- Support other team members in the administration and management of the ESI workflow for our clients
Qualifications Include:
- One year of experience in Litigation Support or Legal Services provider
- One year of experience loading and processing files in Relativity
- Proficiency or Familiarity with MS Office Suite of software (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Exceptional communicator, both written and oral
- Willingness to work on a flexible work schedule
- Familiarity with online document management databases a plus
