Job Summary
A financial technology service company is seeking a Remote Client Services Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching, developing and mentoring Delivery Managers and Client Support Specialist roles
- Ensuring that the team is performing at their highest level
- Initiating and driving process improvement projects to build team efficiencies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to maintain pulse on industry news and regulations in effectively assisting/consulting both internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to review and understand client scopes of service including Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
- Must be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge of the offered services and configurations
- Must be educated on internal product roadmaps and continuously assess client needs
