Remote Client Services Director

Job Summary

A financial technology service company is seeking a Remote Client Services Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coaching, developing and mentoring Delivery Managers and Client Support Specialist roles
• Ensuring that the team is performing at their highest level
• Initiating and driving process improvement projects to build team efficiencies

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must be able to maintain pulse on industry news and regulations in effectively assisting/consulting both internal and external stakeholders
• Must be able to review and understand client scopes of service including Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
• Must be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge of the offered services and configurations
• Must be educated on internal product roadmaps and continuously assess client needs
