Job Summary
A full-service marketing and SEO provider for small businesses is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Services Group Account Director.
Must be able to:
- Meet department KPIs and client facing SLAs
- Perform oversight and development of client’s digital strategy implementation
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Account Managers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-10 years’ account management experience in agency environment or client-side digital marketing experience
- 5-10 years’ personnel management experience in agency environment
- Hands-on experience with SEO and Paid Media practices and implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Able to work independently and efficiently
