A software development company has an open position for a Remote Client Services Intern.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting end to end of customer on-boarding processes and training for customer team
- Learning agile practices and processes in a fast paced tech environment
- Helping out with analysis of customer metrics indispensable for driving change in customer organisation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Are graduating in engineering or business or a relevant STEM subject
- Have strong communication skills
- Personally, you are self-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Are an MS Excel user, and are interested in learning more
