Job Summary
A provider of data collection, localization, and testing services is filling a position for a Remote Client Services Localization Program Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee, lead and manage Program Managers
- Proactively manage client escalations
- Be the bridge between the client, delivery and governance teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend annual Whistler retreat
- 10-15 years of localization experience
- Several years of experience in managing large enterprise programs
- You have experience in multiple fields within localization
- Familiar with project management principles
- Analytical - you are able to make sense of numbers and data
