Job Summary

A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Services Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Establish and implement individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives
  • Build organizational capability within assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Review and resolve more complex escalated issues and concerns

Qualifications Include:

  • Undergrad degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Client Services including 2+ years' managerial, supervisory, and/or leadership experience
  • Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
  • Ability to interpret and apply common sense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
