Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Client Services Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and aligning team workflow with business goals
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks
  • Providing accurate and meaningful executive-level reporting and insights on KPIs

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with and understanding of data analytics
  • 5+ years experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Bachelor's degree and Customer Service management experience
  • Experience negotiating with and influencing internal and external business partners
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or like
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage a high-performing team
