Job Summary

Professional organizing, move management, and staging company is seeking an extremely organized, friendly, and articulate client services associate to assist in the logistics and communication flow between the internal office, our clients, our vendors, and our team of professional organizers. There are lots of moving parts in all of our projects, and we need someone who will help ensure that all of those parts work together seamlessly.

FOCAL AREAS:
Client communication:
--Replying to new client inquiries with information about our services, mostly via email but also via text or phone
--Building relationships with repeat / ongoing clients
--Following up with clients to discuss their experience and assess satisfaction
Scheduling & Team Communication:
--Managing complex team calendar and client scheduling
--Keeping the team in the loop on all the logistics of client projects, such as client contact info, timing, and details
Project Management / Oversight:
--Liaising with vendors, including but not limited to movers, junk removal teams, and shredding companies
--Ensuring certificate of insurance (COI) is in place for buildings requiring proof of insurance
--Securing supply orders for larger scale projects, including possible local pick-up and delivery of items that cannot be shipped
--Managing pick-up/returns for The Container Store, or facilitating other online returns
Administrative Tasks (as needed):
--Creating and maintaining organizational documents and databases
--Attending and taking notes on team meetings
--Other administrative duties as assigned

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
--Highly organized and able to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
--Strong verbal and written communication skills
--Exceptional interpersonal skills; extremely comfortable interacting with high net-worth, high profile clients and vendors alike by phone, email, or in person
--Proficient in Google Drive and Google Calendar

PREFERRED SKILLS:
--Understanding of geography of Metro NYC area
--Experience managing a complex team calendar
--Experience in the field of professional organizing, staging, or move management

LOGISTICS:
--This is an ongoing part-time role (approx. 15-20 hours/week) with room for growth depending on the candidate's skill set and experience
--Remote role but east coast/NYC metro preference
--More availability Monday and Tuesday is desired
