Job Summary
A healthcare facility is filling a position for a Remote Client Services Manager III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensures appropriate levels of service and operational support to assigned clients
- Develops, builds, and maintains solid client business relationships
- Actively leads members of the core client team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires domestic travel of up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university
- At least 4 plus years' experience with Project Management or Project Coordination
- 4 years of client services or related account management experience
- Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic, and analytical skills
- Good business acumen and understanding of the business processes of PBM services
